Jeff Lunsford – Chairman and CEO
Jeff Lunsford is chairman and CEO for Limelight Networks, Inc. He has served in leadership positions in high-growth Internet and media-focused technology companies, including roles as Chairman and CEO of WebSideStory; CEO of TogetherSoft Corporation (acquired by Borland Software); and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of S1 Corporation.

From 1988 to 1994, Jeff served as a U.S. Naval Aviator and flew the F/A-18C Hornet as his primary aircraft. He is currently on the Board of Directors of WebSideStory and of Midtown Bank and Trust Company in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nathan Raciborski – Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder
Nathan Raciborski is chief technical officer and co-founder for Limelight Networks, Inc. Mr. Raciborski is a proven entrepreneur and technologist with a successful track record translating new technology into significant commercial ventures. He is also a partner of Cocoon Capital, an Internet incubator and venture fund, he contributes unparalleled experience in the creation of successive generations of leading-edge Internet delivery models.

Prior to Limelight Networks, Nathan was a founder and CTO of Aerocast, a secure broadband streaming venture backed by Motorola and Liberty Media. He also co-founded and managed Internet distribution companies, such as Axient Communications; Entera (acquired by CacheFlow in 2000); and Primenet Services for the Internet — which merged with GlobalCenter and was subsequently acquired by Frontier Communications, where Nathan served as President of Network Services.

Michael Gordon – Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder
Mike Gordon is chief strategy officer for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role he ensures that the company supports the emerging digital media strategies and business models of today's media companies. For his efforts in this regard, Mike was honored in April 2008 by Streaming Media Magazine as one of the first "Streaming Media All-Stars." According to the magazine, Mike is one of "the unsung heroes who've worked behind the scenes to move the online video industry forward over the past ten years."

Prior to Limelight Networks, Mike co-founded Axient Communications, which built a nationwide next-generation Internet network; co-founded Cyclone Commerce, an enterprise software company that provides cross-enterprise collaboration solutions; and co-founded Gateway Data Sciences Corporation, a software and services company. Mike has also held marketing and management positions at IBM and National City Bank.

Doug Lindroth – Chief Financial Officer
Doug Lindroth is chief financial officer for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role he is responsible for company-wide treasury, tax, audit, financial and managerial reporting, forecasting and planning.

Prior to joining Limelight, Mr. Lindroth served as a General Partner of Bayview Investment Company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of BakBone Software Incorporated, a developer and distributor of data backup, restoration, disaster recovery, replication and storage reporting software, where he also served as Chief Financial Officer from April 2007 to May 2007. From 1997 through February 2006, Mr. Lindroth served in various capacities for Memec Group Holdings Limited, a privately held company and a specialty semiconductor distributor, including as its Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2003.

Philip C. Maynard – Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Philip Maynard is chief legal officer and secretary for Limelight Networks, Inc . Mr. Maynard brings nearly three decades of legal experience in both corporate and private practice in leading the company’s law and compliance department.

Prior to joining Limelight, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at FileNet Corporation. Prior to FileNet, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at SRS Labs, a leading developer and provider of audio and voice technology solutions. Earlier in his career, Phil held general counsel positions for companies such as Wonderware, the Software Systems Division of Invensys, National Education Corporation, Orchids Paper Products, and T & S Development.

David Hatfield – Senior Vice President, Products, Marketing and Sales
David Hatfield is senior vice president, products, marketing, and sales for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role, he leads the company's global sales and marketing teams and direct its product management, technical services, and customer care organizations. He brings 17 years of marketing and sales leadership experience across the high technology landscape, with emphasis in content delivery, application performance, and storage, security, and infrastructure management.

Before joining Limelight Networks, David was Vice President and General Manager of Symantec Professional Services for the Americas - having joined Symantec through the acquisition of Veritas, where he successfully integrated an enterprise sales team of nearly 400 associates. Prior to Veritas, he led the North American direct sales organization at Akamai Technologies, playing a key role in establishing the company as a leading content delivery services provider. David's earlier positions include Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at Reardon Commerce (formerly Talaris Corporation) and leadership roles at Gartner Group and Xerox Corporation.

Jon Corley – Vice President of Software Development
Jon Corley is vice president of software development for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role, he manages research and development for caching, streaming and data platforms and provides guidance and direction for development teams. In evaluating industry technologies applicable to Limelight’s business, Jon draws on more than a decade of experience managing software design and development for cutting-edge Internet communications firms.

Before joining Limelight, Jon was senior director for network operations with Thomson NetG, managing the online knowledge delivery platform and all interrelated components, including software, services, hardware and networking. Jon joined Thomson through its acquisition of KnowledgeNet, where as one of the initial employees he was vital to the successful ramp and scaling of the service. Jon’s previous positions include network architect at Visitalk.com and area solutions architect for Inacom Information Services.

Joe DePalo – Vice President of Network Operations
Joe DePalo is vice president of network operations for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Limelight global network, the oversight of specific network events and ensuring customer needs are met.

Prior to joining Limelight Networks, Joe started and managed the professional services group for Internap Network Services, where he was responsible for the technical and financial performance of his team, along with product development and implementation. Joe joined Internap through its acquisition of NetVmg, Inc., an industry-leading intelligent route control technology company that he helped found. Previously, Joe held management positions at some of the largest Internet service provider networks, including Genuity, Globalcrossing and GTE Internetworking.

Erik Gabler – Vice President and General Manager, International Operations
Erik Gabler is vice president and general manager of international operations for Limelight Networks. In this role, he oversees the growth of Limelight’s business outside of the United States.

Erik has more than 10 years of experience working with leading network and content distribution organizations. Prior to joining Limelight Networks, he served as National Director of Co-location Sales for WebVision, an ASP and operator of Internet Data Centers. Erik also served as Director of ISP Sales for GlobalCenter, a unit of Frontier Communications, where he built and managed successful sales organizations. He also held senior sales positions with GST Telecommunications, Metropolitan Fiber Systems, and Qwest Communications.

Lou Greco – Vice President of North American Enterprise Sales and Channel Operations
Lou Greco is vice president, North American Enterprise sales and channel operations for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for Limelight’s business development in the rapidly growing North American market.

Lou has more then ten years of experience building and leading high technology sales organizations. Prior to Limelight Networks, Lou held a variety of sales management positions during a seven-year tenure with UUNET Technologies, including Manager of Enterprise Hosting and Co–location, a highly successful sales organization where Lou forged relationships with some of the world's most renowned brands and Fortune 500 companies. As UUNET's Regional Sales Manager, he was responsible for all hosting sales within the Western U.S. and Asia. Lou also held sales, sales management, and business development positions with MCI WorldCom, Cable & Wireless Americas, and GE Capital.

Dan FitzSimons – Vice President, North America Sales
Dan FitzSimons is vice president, North American sales, for Limelight Networks, Inc.. In this role, he leads the company’s field sales teams focused on global and strategic accounts.

Dan brings a track record of high growth performance, organization-structuring, and market expansion in sectors such as enterprise software, IT services, and hardware at Symantec/Veritas, Gartner, and Xerox. For 16 years before joining Limelight Networks in May 2007, he held a number of sales leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Latin America, including an expatriate assignment in London with pan-EMEA responsibilities.

Roxanne Ivory – Vice President of Marketing
Roxanne Ivory is vice president, marketing, for Limelight Networks, Inc. Ms. Ivory is a seasoned marketing executive with over 17 years experience marketing technology products and services. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Consumer Marketing for Motorola's Connected Home business, with responsibility for branding and go-to-market strategies for a new line of consumer electronics products. Prior to Motorola, Roxanne was Director of Worldwide Product Communications at Apple, where she managed high-impact launches for the entire Apple product portfolio.

Roxanne previously served as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Inktomi, leading a team to support their network caching and content distribution business. Earlier in her career, she held marketing management positions at PointCast and Apple, as well as consulting positions at KPMG Peat Marwick and Wells Fargo Bank.

Dan Heydenfeldt – Vice President, Client Services
Dan Heydenfeldt is vice president, client services for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role, he leads the company’s account management, technical management, order management, and professional services teams, With over 20 years in the business advisory and high technology industries, his career has emphasized customer retention and growth within recurring revenue business models.

Before joining Limelight Networks, Dan served as Vice President of Symantec Professional Services for North America, where he held executive and P&L responsibilities for business teams of nearly 350 associates. Prior to Symantec, Heydenfeldt was Chief Marketing Officer for The Hackett Group, a business advisory firm that delivers benchmarking, membership-based research, and consulting services spanning SG&A support functions for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to Hackett, he held sales leadership positions at Gartner and Xerox Corporation.

Denver Maddux – Vice President of Network Engineering
Denver Maddux is vice president of network engineering for Limelight Networks, Inc. In this role, he manages network engineering and architecture and analyzes Limelight's network from a cost, capacity and forecast perspective. Denver has nearly 15 years of experience managing and building networks for various Internet providers.

Prior to Limelight Networks, Denver was the senior manager of global traffic engineering for GlobalCrossing, where he managed a team of engineers responsible for the GlobalCrossing backbone and MPLS network. He has also held senior engineering positions at Livingston and GoodNet WinStar.

Peter Coppola – Vice President, Product Management
Peter Coppola is vice president, product management for Limelight Networks, Inc. Peter has over 25 years experience in embedded technologies, networking, enterprise software and digital media.

Prior to joining Limelight, Peter was president and co-founder of Unwired Vehicles, a start-up company developing mobile applications and technology specifically for the emerging car computing market. Peter has also served as VP of Marketing, VP of Engineering, and VP of Product Marketing at software companies; DoubleWide Software and Akonix Systems. Peter’s past experience includes management, engineering and marketing positions at NetManage, AGE Logic, Pacer Software, Prime Computer and Stratus Computer.

Adam Wray – Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Adam leads the company’s strategic alliances groups which is responsible for the revenue and business strategy around alliances, systems integrators and agencies. He brings 14 years of sales, services and business development leadership experience across the Content Delivery, Software-as-a-Service, and E-Commerce sectors.

Prior to joining Limelight Networks, Adam served as Director of Client Services for Amazon Enterprise Services, where he successfully ran large client engagement teams handling multi-channel outsource projects in e-commerce, fulfillment and customer service. Adam has also held several other management roles with Cap Gemini, SBC and Akamai Technologies. He brings a diverse background of effectively executing on revenue growth initiatives across multiple verticals and business models, experience managing large sales and consulting teams, plus a broad business development track record focused on delivering high impact projects.

Matthew H. Sturgess – Vice President, Asia-Pacific
Based in the Asia Pacific region since the early 90s, Matthew has been a driving force in the evolution of content delivery networks in Asia. Considered the region's leading authority on content delivery network technologies, he has helped overseas companies expand their Internet presence in countries such as China, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.

Prior to joining Limelight Networks, Matthew held senior management positions at Cable & Wireless/Digital Island, Factiva, and Dow Jones Interactive Publishing — and most recently served as CEO of Dragon Consulting Group in Hong Kong. As regional head of corporate development at Digital Island, later acquired by Cable & Wireless, he was in charge of the multi-million dollar deployment and management of their caching and streaming infrastructure.

Shinji Tsukamoto – Vice President, Japan
Shinji leads our business operations for the unique and strategic market of Japan. With more than 14 years of media and online advertising experience, he has a proven record of building and leading innovative technology companies.

Most recently, Shinji served as Senior Director for Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions in the MSN Japan organization, where he was responsible for the revenue of all Microsoft online media advertising and for launching the MDAS brand itself. His 14-year career of industry leadership also includes positions as President and Chief Operating Officer of Critical Path Japan K.K. and management positions in the Internet business segment of Mitsui & Co.
